Emily and I took a day off for ourselves. We went shopping at Target (one of Emily's and Parker's favorite stores) and then got something to eat at Applebees. Applebees does not serve gluten free food, so our choices were very VERY limited. :(Anyway, we had fun. We bought some Star Wars trading cards for Emily's book and then we headed home. Parker and John had some daddy-son time together. It was a fun day.
