So, I have been M.I.A. for a bit. It's been a little crazy with all of the holidays and all. Frankly, I haven't really had much to say. John usually blogs everything we do so for his funny updates you should check out his blog.
What's been happening with us... well, John still loves where he works, Emily and Parker continue to grow like weeds. Me? I'm just hoping that 2009 will be much better than 2008. Don't get me wrong, I learned a lot in 2008, but so much happened in such a short time that I'm happy to say goodbye to that year.
Tonight we went to Share's house. Their water heater broke so some of them are coming to use our shower tonight. We got to hang out and the kids watched cartoons.
We're all hoping for the best for John's dad. He started Chemo on Wednesday. We keep him in our prayers daily.
Shoot. My battery is dying and I've just begun. I can't find the power cord at the moment and since it is 11:06 pm, I'm too tired to locate it. I'll write some more later. Just know we love all our family and friends. We miss those that are far away and are always happy to see those that are close. Pictures will be posted soon, there is so much to catch up on.
